Vector supported Air Charter Scotland (ACS) with the export and; removal from AOC of a CitationJet CJ3 (Cessna 525B) following a sale to US operator.
Vector supported Air Charter Scotland (ACS) with the placement of a Cessna 680 Sovereign onto the ACS AOC. Vector will also provide ongoing Continuing Airworthiness support for this aircraft.
Vector completed the placement of a SAAB 340B on Lipican Aer’s Slovenian AOC. Vector will also provide ongoing Continuing Airworthiness support for this aircraft using OASES as the maintenance tracking system (see also March 2018 News when the contract was awarded).
Vector completed the review of a Gulfstream G450 in order to comply with Part NCC rules and requirements for import onto the UK registry.
Vector also completed another OASES support project for ASL Airlines (Ireland) Limited. Vector has now completed a number of Boeing 737 support projects for ASL (see also January 2018 News).
Vector assisted Taby Air Maintenance of Sweden with a documentation review of a SAAB 340 as part of a lease return process from a UK operator. The aircraft is scheduled for return before the end of March.
Lipican Aer has contracted Vector to assist with the take-on of a SAAB 340 onto its Slovenian AOC. Vector has also been contracted to provide ongoing CAMO services using OASES as the maintenance tracking system.
Vector was contracted by Energy Aviation Services / Highlands and Islands Airports Limited (HIAL) to perform an audit of two (2) de Havilland DHC-6-400 aircraft, which are currently on lease to a UK commercial operator. The audit of the aircraft and records was performed to confirm compliance with the lease conditions.
Vector also assisted with the sale and export to Canada of a Challenger 601 belonging to an existing private operator / customer.
We are pleased to report that 2017 was a record year for Vector and; that we have started 2018 in the same vein.
This month, we are looking forward to receiving a seventh consecutive technical support services contract from ASL Airlines (Ireland) Limited (http://www.aslairlines.ie). We will be assisting with the addition of yet another Boeing 737-400 to their growing fleet.
The work under this outsource contract will include a full task-by-task build in OASES of the aircraft status against an ASL generated AMP from previous operator status reports; build of damage repair items; build of HT and OC components to the existing skeleton and; AD/SB compliance review and discrepancy report.
Vector has also been contracted by Cello Aviation Limited for the creation of an Approved Maintenance Plan (AMP) for their Boeing 737-300 (G-MISG).
We have also received a new CAMO Approval Certificate this month (see https://vectoraircraftservices.com/about-us/company-approvals/). We have added Cessna 680A, Dassault Falcon 7X, Embraer 505, Embraer 550 and Gulfstream 400 aircraft in this revision. This is another healthy indication of our continuing business expansion.

Following on from the related September news; Arena Aviation chose Vector to import an EMB-Legacy 600 (G-XPTV) onto the UK register for operation on the Arena AOC. Vector will provide ongoing Continuing Airworthiness support in line with the remainder of the Arena fleet.
